Demanding I call immediately. have called family members. said I have been named in affidavid (sp?). Said he was from State Financial Crimes Investigation. He told me to fax him my bank statement. Would settle out of court. Otherwise would cost me thousands. Is same man (only different name) that has called many times before. Asked him to stop and he refused. Became beligerant. I asked for legal papers to be sent and if I got them and they were legitimate I would send them a money order. He would not confirm he would mail them. Instead was insisting I fax him my bank account statement immediately before 5 pm. Calls stopped for a short while then started up again. Now he's using another name "officer" Josh Watson...lol, He is definetely foreign.

I called back and it is a "Search for Degrees". I finally got a real person today and had them put me on the do not call list.

caller left a message. much of the message was unintelligible, but I believe it was a debt collector. What i did understand was the callback number and that I had 24 hours to respond. I called back and the person who answered claimed they did not make outbound calls from that number. Based upon what I have seen on the internet, I believe that to be a lie.

I had gotten one call about a year ago, told the nasty man that I would need a copy of the contract that I signed before I would do anything and never heard back. Mon, Jan 7, I got a call saying that this debt was "very serious" and wondering why they would say I owed them money if I didn't. I called my congressman's office and the FTC. The calls kept coming until I told one young lady that I had complained to the FTC and my congressman and the company was a scam and she should quit her job before she got into trouble. I have not heard from them since. We all need to register complaints -- there are probably lots of people who cave and give them money.

HE STATED THAT IT WAS A LEGAL MATTER AND IF I DIDN'T CALL BACK THEY WOULD TAKE IT AS IF I WAS RUNNING AWAY

Has called many times in the last month or so, sometimes more than 3 times in a day. usually hangs up, but when they talk they try to sell me a trip to somewhere, indian accent. argues with me and tells me to fuck off. askes "will you do sex with me?" and calls me stupid. i have called the FCC and the police department.

Keeps calling every two hours. No message left.

These people identified themselves as the Coalition Against Breast Cancer. I gave a one-time donation, but they have charged my credit card six times in 4 months. When you call the number on the credit card statement (above), you get a recording. There is no one to accept or return calls. These people are scammers.

These people call at all hours of the day including Sundays. I am on the do not call list and still getting calls from this number.

Said I would be arrested called my job and told one of my supervisors that he was downloading some files to have me arrested. told my boss that she was lieing about me getting off work. Called him back when i got home and told him i work for a state facility and the calls were recoreded and he didnt care he harressed my boss and called her a liar

I am trying to find this company. They sold my money out of the bank and I can't get it back., so I am trying to find them. Please help.
